Returns & Support

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you’re unhappy with your experience, please email eth8n26@gmail.com and our team will be happy to help.

At AirFly, our goal is always to find solutions and ensure you feel valued, cared for, and supported with every order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to adjust or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. 

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.
